Global Energy Technology Strategy Program

The Global Energy Technology Strategy Program (GTSP) explores strategic issues at the intersection of energy, technology, policy, and climate change. It conducts research in the interconnected areas of technology analysis, regional analysis, scenario development, technology and institutions, and core model development. An interdisciplinary team manages the GTSP under the auspices of the Joint Global Change Research Institute (JGCRI), a collaboration between PNNL and the University of Maryland. The program is bringing decades of experience and expertise to bear in science, technology, economics, and policy to further understanding of problems of global climate change and their potential solutions.
